The ideal candidate
- Qualified teacher — holds a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed, or equivalent) with QTS.
- Subject expertise — strong knowledge of Biology, with ability to teach KS3, KS4, and ideally IGCSE/IBDP levels.
- Curriculum knowledge — familiarity with British National Curriculum, IGCSE, and international frameworks.
