The ideal candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in English Literature with a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
• Strong subject knowledge in English language and literature, with the ability to inspire a love of reading and writing
• Qualified teaching credentials and experience delivering the British curriculum at secondary level
• Creative and engaging classroom practice that supports diverse learning needs and promotes academic excellence
• Commitment to professional growth, collaboration, and contributing positively to a dynamic school community
