The ideal candidate
- Degree in English Language and/or Literature or a Degree in Education
- Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
- At 3-5 years teaching experience
- Experience teaching the IB DP Curriculum would be to your advantage
- A passion for literature, language, and developing strong communication skills in young learners
- Experience delivering an international curriculum and preparing students for external examinations
- An understanding of and appreciation for diverse cultures within an international school setting.
- The flexibility, resilience, and enthusiasm to embrace life and work in Costa Rica
