Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach ICT across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and potentially Key Stage 5).
  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that foster digital literacy and computational thinking.
  • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress in line with school policies.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and integration of innovative technologies.
  • Participate in extracurricular activities and whole-school initiatives.

The ideal candidate

  • Degree in ICT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE or QTS)
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a British curriculum school
  • Establishes and maintains a high standard of education
  • Facilitates an inclusive learning experience for students
  • Drive to maintain and improve teaching standards
  • Excellent classroom practitioner
