A well-established international school in Phnom Penh, Cambodia is looking for a Secondary Principal to join their dynamic team for the new academic year.
We are looking for an inspirational leader who will shape our IGCSE and A-Level programmes while working closely with the Head of School. In addition to leading the secondary team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in curriculum planning, leadership development, and managing the transition to our expanded campus.

The school

It caters to students aged 2 to 11, with plans to expand to secondary education in the future. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the academic and operational success of the secondary school;
- Drive excellence in IGCSE and A-Level education, ensuring exceptional student outcomes;
- Develop and implement curriculum plans in preparation for the school’s expansion;
- Provide strategic leadership to enhance teaching, learning, and faculty development;
- Work collaboratively with the Head of School on major planning and transition strategies;
- Oversee student progress tracking, school improvement initiatives, and campus readiness; and
- Ensure a seamless transition to the new 7-hectare campus, launching in September 2026.
The ideal candidate
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in British curriculum schools;
- Strong understanding of IGCSE and A-Level education standards;
- Proven expertise in curriculum development and school expansion projects
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Educational leadership qualifications preferred
