The ideal candidate

  • Holds a relevant degree in Psychology (and teaching qualification such as PGCE, QTS or Teaching Licence)
  • Demonstrates strong subject knowledge with the ability to make complex concepts accessible and engaging
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience teaching Psychology at secondary level, ideally within a British or international curriculum
  • Experience teaching IGCSE’s would be to your advantage
  • Inspires students through interactive, inquiry‑based lessons that foster critical thinking and empathy
  • Collaborates effectively with colleagues, contributing to a supportive and forward‑thinking faculty team
