The ideal candidate

• Degree in Biology, Science Education, or a related field
• Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)

• At least 4 years teaching experience
• Experience teaching Science and Biology in an international setting, IGSCE experience desirable
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for hands‑on, student‑centered learning and environmental awareness
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for island life and community engagement
