The ideal candidate

  • Hold a relevant university degree in the subject area, along with a recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
  • Possess at least two to three years of successful teaching experience at the secondary level
  • Show a passion for inspiring students and fostering critical thinking, creativity, and inquiry‑based learning
  • Exhibit strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive, inclusive learning environment
  • Display excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community
  • Embrace an international outlook and demonstrate cultural sensitivity in a diverse, multicultural setting
  • Confidently integrate technology and digital tools into teaching to enhance student outcomes
  • Commit to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement in teaching practice
