The Ideal Candidate
- Degree in your specialism subject with a PGCE or a BEd Degree in Secondary Education
- Experience teaching Secondary level in your specialist subject, along with strong subject knowledge
- Experience teaching within the British or international curriculum, including IGCSE and/or A-level
- Experience in a "start-up" or rapidly expanding school environment is highly desirable
- Promote high standards in reading, writing, and verbal communication
- Promote a "founding mindset" by proactively developing resources and performing arts systems where they do not yet exist
