The ideal candidate
- Degree in Education with QTS and/or State Teaching License
- NPQH and/or MEd Leadership
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Demonstrates strong organisational and strategic planning skills
- Inspires staff and students through effective communication, collaboration, and motivational leadership
- Possesses deep understanding of curriculum development, assessment, and modern pedagogical practices
- Shows cultural sensitivity and adaptability
- Champions student wellbeing, discipline, and inclusion
