The ideal candidate

  • Degree in Education with QTS and/or State Teaching License
  • NPQH and/or MEd Leadership
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrates strong organisational and strategic planning skills
  • Inspires staff and students through effective communication, collaboration, and motivational leadership
  • Possesses deep understanding of curriculum development, assessment, and modern pedagogical practices
  • Shows cultural sensitivity and adaptability
  • Champions student wellbeing, discipline, and inclusion
