• A relevant degree and qualifications in Special Educational Needs
• 2+ years' teaching experience in a similar environment
• Previous SEN teaching experience is essential
• Previous experience working with children with autism
• A commitment to inclusive education and the success of every student
• Resilience in coping with day-to-day demands of a fast-paced school
