The ideal candidate

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education or a related field (e.g., Psychology, Educational Psychology, or Speech and Language Therapy).
  • Teaching Certification: A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent) with a focus on SEN or inclusive education.
  •  Experience in SEN Education: Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with students with diverse learning needs, including autism, dyslexia, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
  • Knowledge of SEN Frameworks and Strategies: Familiarity with current SEN practices, individual education plans (IEPs), and interventions.
