The ideal candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Special Education)

- 2+ years’ experience ideally with direct experience in SEN or inclusive education settings

- Creates and supports an inclusive learning environment for students
- Commitment to maintaining and enhancing teaching standards
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to island life and diverse student needs
