The ideal candidate

  • Holds a degree in Education with additional training or certification in Special Educational Needs
  • Has prior experience working in a school setting, supporting students with diverse learning needs
  • Familiar with the UK National Curriculum and skilled in adapting lessons to meet individual learning requirements
  • Demonstrates empathy, patience, and the ability to work closely with colleagues, parents, and specialists to create a supportive learning environment
