The ideal candidate

•             BA Degree with PGCE in Education

•             Certificate in SEND

•             Masters in Special Education would be beneficial

•             Previous experience in a similar role

•             Passion for supporting pupils with special educational needs

•             Must be able to provide equity to each child depending on their own individual needs

•             Have the ability to ensure that every child is supported to help them reach their full educational potential
