In this senior position, you will deliver high-quality Design & Technology lessons across an all-through school, teaching both Primary and Secondary students. The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Design & Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Teaching qualification such as a PGCE (or equivalent); a Master’s degree is advantageous
  • Valid teaching licence or recognised certification (e.g. QTS)
  • At least 10 years of teaching experience, ideally within international or British curriculum schools
  • Strong subject knowledge in Design & Technology, with the ability to integrate digital tools and emerging technologies
  • Experience leading departmental initiatives or contributing to whole-school strategy
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor colleagues, including delivering CPD
  • Familiarity with IB programmes is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills with cultural awareness and adaptability
  • Commitment to inclusive education and student-centred learning
  • Experience in multicultural or international environments is beneficial
