The ideal candidate:
- A relevant degree and recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed, M.Ed, or equivalent)
- A minimum of 10 years’ teaching experience, ideally within reputable international or British-curriculum schools
- Strong subject expertise in Chemistry, with the ability to teach Physics, Biology and General Science
- Proven experience mentoring colleagues, leading CPD, and contributing to whole-school strategy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with cultural sensitivity
- A commitment to student achievement, holistic education, and inclusive learning
- Experience working in international or multicultural settings (highly desirable)
