The ideal candidate:
- Minimum 15 years of teaching experience, preferably in reputable international or British-curriculum schools
- Proven experience in a leadership role, ideally as part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
- Strong expertise in Science education, with the ability to lead curriculum development and innovation
- A relevant degree and teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed, M.Ed, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and support colleagues, lead CPD, and contribute to whole-school strategy
- Culturally sensitive with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A commitment to student achievement, holistic education, and inclusive learning
- Experience working in international settings or multicultural environments is highly desirable
- A forward-thinking mindset with a track record of improving outcomes and leading initiatives
