The ideal candidate
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education
- Or a Degree with a PGCE (relevant to the position applying for)
- Advanced Degree or Certification in Educational Leadership would be beneficial
- Experience in a similar role
- Leadership abilities
- Strong academic background in the Cambridge & IB Curriculums
- Enthusiasm, commitment and flexibility
