The ideal candidate
- Relevant qualifications — Bachelor’s degree in Spanish, Education, or a related field; teaching certification (QTS/PGCE) preferred.
- Leadership experience — Proven ability to lead a Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) department and support colleagues in curriculum delivery.
- IB expertise — Experience teaching IB Spanish Ab Initio, with strong knowledge of IB standards and assessment practices.
