The ideal candidate

• Relevant qualifications — Bachelor’s degree in Spanish, Education, or a related field; teaching certification (QTS/PGCE) preferred.
• Leadership experience — Proven ability to lead a Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) department and support colleagues in curriculum delivery.
• IB expertise — Experience teaching IB Spanish Ab Initio, with strong knowledge of IB standards and assessment practices.
• Instructional skills — Skilled in creating engaging lessons that build language fluency, cultural awareness, and confidence.
• Adaptability — Comfortable working in a multicultural environment and tailoring lessons to diverse student needs.
• Collaboration — Team‑oriented, contributing positively to the wider school community.
• EU Passport requirement — Must hold an EU Passport to meet employment regulations.
