The ideal candidate

  • BEd Degree or Degree with PGCE in your specialist subject
  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • At least 2-5 years teaching experience in your specialist subject
  • Strong subject expertise
  • Experience teaching Key Stage 3, 4, and ideally Key Stage 5
  • Skilled in creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment
  • Collaborative team player
  • Adaptable and culturally aware
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and studentfocused
