The ideal candidate

• Degree in your specialist subject with a PGCE and QTS
• Strong understanding of the British Curriculum
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience teaching your specialist subject
• Experience teaching in British schools
• Demonstrated excellence as a classroom practitioner, with a proven ability to inspire and engage learners in your subject area
• Resilient, dedicated, and driven to raise student achievement through innovative teaching and high expectations
• Deeply committed to continuous professional growth, embracing new ideas and approaches to remain at the forefront of educational practice
