The ideal candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, Education, Culinary Arts, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Specialization or training in Design Technology or Food Technology is an advantage.
  • A recognized teaching qualification, such as a PGCE, QTS, or equivalent.
  • Additional certifications in art, design, or culinary education are a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, ideally in secondary or international school settings.
  • Experience teaching across disciplines, such as Art, DT, and Food, is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in teaching practical, hands-on skills in art, design, and food technology.
  • Familiarity with international curricula such as IB, IGCSE, or AP.
