The ideal candidate

• Relevant qualifications — Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field; teaching certification (QTS/PGCE) preferred.
• Teaching experience — Prior experience teaching English to upper primary or secondary students, ideally in an international setting.
• Curriculum knowledge — Strong understanding of English language and literature curricula, with the ability to adapt to diverse learning needs.
• Instructional skills — Skilled in designing engaging lessons that build reading, writing, speaking, and analytical skills.
• Adaptability — Comfortable working in a multicultural environment and tailoring lessons to varied student backgrounds.
• Collaboration — Team‑oriented, contributing positively to the wider school community.
