Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic academic leadership and ensure consistently high standards of teaching and learning

• Lead the implementation, development, and ongoing enhancement of the curriculum

• Oversee academic planning, assessment, and curriculum delivery across the school

• Support, mentor, and develop teaching staff to achieve excellence in classroom practice

• Work collaboratively with the senior leadership team to drive academic strategy and whole-school improvement

The ideal candidate:

• A recognized teaching qualification and a Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.

• Must be a UK-qualified educator with senior leadership experience.

• Strong experience in a senior academic leadership role (e.g. Head of Secondary, Deputy Principal, Academic Director)

• Extensive experience with the Cambridge curriculum (IGCSE, AS & A Levels)

• Proven track record of improving academic outcomes and teaching quality

• Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills

• International school experience preferred
