The ideal candidate
- Master’s degree (M.Ed., MA in Education, or equivalent) in Educational Leadership, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a school setting, preferably in an international or multicultural environment
- Proven track record of improving academic outcomes and leading curriculum development
- Experience with curriculum design, assessment strategies, and instructional leadership
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Capacity to align academic strategies with the school’s mission and long-term goals
- Innovative mindset with a focus on academic excellence and operational efficiency
