The ideal candidate

• Relevant qualifications — Master’s degree in Education, Leadership, or related field; QTS/PGCE or equivalent teaching certification.
• Leadership experience — Proven track record in senior leadership roles within international or British curriculum schools.
• Curriculum expertise — Strong knowledge of British and international curricula, with ability to drive academic excellence.
• Strategic vision — Skilled in school improvement planning, policy development, and supporting whole‑school growth.
• Staff development — Committed to mentoring teachers, fostering professional growth, and building collaborative teams.
• Student focus — Passionate about student wellbeing, safeguarding, and inclusive education.
• Cross‑cultural adaptability — Comfortable working in a diverse, multicultural environment and engaging with international families.
