The ideal candidate
- Degree with a PGCE in Secondary Education
- Understanding of premium education & leadership experience in an international school (UK Curriculum)
- High calibre principal with proven financial acumen
- Ability to develop & maintain distinctive positioning for an educational organisation
- Experience of building high-performing senior leadership teams
- Flair for developing sustainable relationships with staff, students & parents
