Overview of the Role
As the Year 1 Homeroom Teacher, you will create a warm, engaging classroom where children develop strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, inquiry, and social-emotional learning. You will deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the Cambridge Primary curriculum while fostering independence, creativity, and a genuine love of learning.
You will work closely with colleagues, specialist teachers, and parents to ensure every child is supported and challenged to achieve their full potential.

The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or a Bachelor's Degree with PGCE and QTS (or equivalent)
- Experience teaching within the Cambridge Primary curriculum is highly desirable
- Previous international teaching experience is essential
- Passion for early primary education and child-centred learning
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Committed to creating an inclusive, engaging, and nurturing learning environment
- Able to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
