The ideal candidate
- Holds a strong academic background with relevant teaching qualifications (e.g., Degree, PGCE, QTS)
- Has recent and successful experience teaching at the primary level, ideally within a British or international curriculum
- Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge across core primary areas
- Shows enthusiasm, care, and commitment to inspiring young learners
- Possesses strong classroom management skills with high expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour
- Adapts teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students
- Works effectively as part of a team, contributing to collaborative planning and resource development
- Communicates clearly and confidently with colleagues, parents, and students
