The ideal candidate

• Holds a strong academic background with relevant teaching qualifications (e.g., Degree, PGCE, QTS)
• Has recent and successful experience teaching at the primary level, ideally within a British or international curriculum
• Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge across core primary areas
• Shows enthusiasm, care, and commitment to inspiring young learners
• Possesses strong classroom management skills with high expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour
• Adapts teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students
• Works effectively as part of a team, contributing to collaborative planning and resource development
• Communicates clearly and confidently with colleagues, parents, and students
