Overview:
This role is for teachers who are committed to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment, delivering high-quality learning experiences, and supporting the academic and personal development of students aged 9–10. As a Homeroom Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching core subjects, maintaining open communication with parents, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing to the wider school community. You’ll work under the leadership of the Principal and the Board, with support from the senior leadership and academic teams. Ideal Candidate:
- A degree in Education - recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed, or equivalent)
- 3 years of teaching experience
- Experience working in an international education setting (preferred).
- Proven experience teaching upper primary, ideally in an international or diverse cultural setting
- Excellent classroom management and the ability to create a nurturing, structured, and inclusive environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset
- The ability to integrate technology meaningfully into teaching and learning
